Optingo is an IT company that builds client-centred solutions. For many years it has been designing CRM and BPM system implementations in a range of sectors, including manufacturing, new technologies, distribution, services and energy. The team combines know-how and new technologies to deliver business value to its clients quickly.
Our challenge
Our collaboration was carried out in stages. At first, the client needed support in developing a new marketing strategy that would help it stand out from the competition and present itself as an attractive business partner. There are many CRM solutions on the market, but implementing them takes a huge effort from the whole organisation. Optingo has mastered fast, iterative implementations, and this had to be communicated clearly to potential clients.
What we did
We started by gaining an in-depth understanding of the client's needs, and then developed a new communication strategy, brand goals and, finally, marketing activities. In the next stage we prepared a refreshed visual identity and a design for the new website. We are currently working on strengthening the company's position in the industry by creating expert content, including guides and handbooks on managing business processes.
